I started the Laser Cut Half Scale Diana by Greenleaf. Laser cuts are made of awesome because there is minimal sanding and most of the time the kits are new.
Of course, I decided to bash this kit. I started by taking out the mullions (I hate them). A dry fit is always important so you can know where it will be to small to decorate after assembling.
This kit is very simple:
I also closed the rounded parts of the windows and front door. I don't like round windows.
I marked where the interior walls will be glued in place and added some 'extension' to the front wall so when the roof is in place there will be no gaps.
The front steps are easy to build:
I choose blue for this dollhouse:
Printable wallpaper that I found on the web. I used white verge paper and printed on a inkjet. No bad!

Just like with the Chantilly I printed the 'woodfloor':
Very nice indeed!
The staircase was put together last night. I need to finish the front door trimmings before gluing the staircase in place, since it will become a very small place to work.
I 'm going to add a second interior wall so I can have private rooms.
But first I'm going to cut out the openings and finish the bay windows...Probably in white, since the trimmings covers almost all the interior walls.
Later, and Cheers!
